Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PrimeBlueText, a managed business iMessage line service provided by Prime Automation Solutions ("we," "us"). By starting a line, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provision and manage a dedicated business messaging line on your behalf, presented under your brand in your own portal. Messages to contacts on iPhone are sent as iMessage where available; messages to other contacts are sent as standard SMS. We monitor and maintain the line as part of the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to message only people who have an existing relationship with you or who have otherwise indicated interest, and to honor opt-out requests. You agree not to use the line for bulk unsolicited messaging, unlawful content, or anything that violates applicable messaging laws and platform rules. We may pause or end a line that is used this way.
What we don't guarantee
iMessage is operated by Apple and standard SMS depends on carriers. Delivery, "blue bubble" status, read receipts, and timing can vary and may be interrupted by the platform or carrier. We actively manage the line and keep SMS fallback in place, but we cannot guarantee delivery to every device, every time.
Billing & cancellation
- Pricing. $150 one-time setup per line, plus $200 per month per line. Existing Prime Automation Solutions clients: email us before checkout and we waive the setup fee.
- Billing cadence. The monthly fee recurs every month from your start date until you cancel. Monthly fees are not prorated.
- Setup fee. The one-time setup fee covers provisioning work and is non-refundable once setup has begun.
- Cancellation. Month-to-month, no lock-in. To cancel, email [email protected]. Your line stays active through the end of the current paid month, and you are not billed again after that.
- Refunds. Recurring monthly fees already billed are not refunded, but you will not be charged for any period after you cancel.
