- Billing details handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes payments on our behalf.
- Messaging activity needed to operate and maintain your line, such as delivery status and line health, so we can keep it running.
How we use it
We use this information to set up and manage your line, provide support, bill you, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the service (for example, our payment processor and the messaging platforms your messages travel over), and where required by law.
Your contacts
You are responsible for having a relationship with, or consent from, the people you message, and for honoring their opt-out requests. We process message data on your behalf to deliver the service.
Retention & choices
We keep information for as long as your line is active and as needed for legal and operational reasons. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to ask any privacy question, email [email protected].
